  • Sgt. Jack Collins was a great leader in the Area #2 and #4 Task Force for many years. He was a good father and always took time to be with his children. He loved the Chicago Police Dept. and the officers that worked for him. We spent many hours together and all the officers on his watch respected him. — Mark Morrissey retired CPD (2004) 09/08/08
