The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation conducted Operation Santa over the weekend. A caravan of CPD personnel, CPMF Staff, Supporters and Friends visited 20 families of Chicago Police Officers killed or catastrophically injured in the line of duty and brought gifts to 24 children.
Earlier in the week the CPMF, along with officers from the assigned units, brought gifts to 12 children of 4 Chicago Police Officers who are deployed overseas in the Military.
Thanks to your support, we were able to demonstrate to the families or our fallen and injured heroes that we will NEVER FORGET them, or the sacrifices they have made on behalf of the citizens of the City of Chicago.
