- 18-hole Individual Registration is $450.
- Foursome Registration is $1,800
- Hole Sponsorship is $300 for 1 flag and $500 for 2 flags
- Sponsorship Opportunities Available
- New this Year: Late Afternoon 9 Hole Special Foursomes – $900
INFORMATION & QUESTIONS
- Registration includes golf with a cart, golfer gift, breakfast/lunch for morning golfers and lunch/dinner for afternoon golfers, plus you are supporting CPMF.
